We are looking for a new colleague in the HR Department at our location in Farmington Hills, MI.
Your Responsibilities:

Assists with processing of onboarding and offboarding cycles

Provides support with the optimal function of the HRIS, which includes maintenance and data accuracy
-
Cultivates ideas, plans, and oversees aspects of recurrent activities and packages to boost employee engagement
-
Manages and generates various themed announcements to ensure an effective communication strategy
-
Other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications:
-
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
-
Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
-
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
-
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to handle data with high confidentiality
