Responsibilities
- Part of the Global Mixed-Signal and ASIC Development Team
- Responsible for all image sensor component activities including market and technology oversight, evaluation/selection, program management, production support, and benchmarking
- Define and maintain component functional and reliability requirements including best practices and lessons learned
- Collaborate with procurement organization to create and execute a sourcing strategy
- Drive resolution of component issues both during and after development
- Cooperate with hardware- / software- / and camera product teams in an international environment
Qualifications
- Degree in electrical engineering or related technical area; advanced degree preferred
- 15 years of mixed-signal ASIC development/design and/or automotive electronic experience; experience with camera products or image sensors preferred
- Knowledge of all steps of the integrated circuit development process (schematic design, physical design verification, fabrication, packaging, etc.) and semiconductor industry trends and best practices (continuous improvement, zero defect, quality processes, AEC-Q100, state of the art testing and manufacturing, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment with strong presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel globally as required (<10%)
