Electrical Engineering Intern

We are looking for a new colleague in the Circuit Department at our location in Farmington Hills, MI

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Support of ASIC/ASSP/IC development activities with senior engineers.
  • Perform testing of different Integrated Circuit (ICs) devices potentially used in ZF ADAS and passive safety products.
  • Support the technical assessments on the capabilities of complex ICs.
  • Use lab test equipment (scopes, power suppliers, etc.) along with National Instruments (NI) test system to evaluate different ASIC/mixed signal ICs.
  • Develop scripts and software routines for the NI system.

 

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • Purusing an Undergraduate degree in Electronics, Software, Algorithm, Mechanical Engineering with a GPA of 3.0 or greater
  • Strong communications and documentation skills.
  • Ability to functions within a global team of ZF and supplier engineers and technical team members.
  • Eager to learn new skills and apply those skills with an appropriate level of supervision.
  • Student pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical engineering.
