About the Team
- Execute and manage new program launches, ensuring on-time delivery and successful PPAP completion.
- Drive safe launch activities to meet cost, quality, and performance targets.
- Lead sourcing and closure of activities for assigned or running programs.
- Oversee commodity and supplier management, including PFS activities, GCS support, and supply continuity.
- Support escalation and shortage management to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Contribute to cost planning and reporting, including OP planning and long-range plan alignment.
- Drive material cost savings through collaboration with cross-functional teams (Commodity, Engineering, VMT, Plants).
- Support cross-functional collaboration and governance, including costing, negotiations, reviews, and preparation of approval documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, program management, or supply chain management
- Exposure to automotive and safety critical environments, with understanding of ADAS product architecture and electronics systems
- Solid knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical components
- Practical understanding of purchasing and sourcing processes within a global automotive environment
