Job Responsibilities: 

  • Development of perception algorithms for advanced driver assistance systems and pre crash systems.

  • Design and code perception algorithms (embedded software) for radar object tracking using Extended Kalman Filters or similar approaches in C.

  • Perform data analysis on test results with software tools such as MATLAB, Python or similar.

  • Create functional requirements for perception algorithms based on system requirements in Doors (or) PTC Integrity.

  • Design algorithm architecture by abiding AUTOSAR and ISO26262 software design architecture and principles.

  • Create software design in design tools such as Doxygen.

  • Implement developed algorithm on an embedded platform towards series production.

  • Create test specifications based on algorithm requirements in Doors (or) PTC Integrity.

  • Conduct software-in-the-loop (SIL) and tests for embedded algorithm

  • Assist vehicle integration by analyzing CAN-logs, Ethernet logs with tools such as Vector CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape, Wireshark, etc.

  • Discuss technical topics such as requirements and functionality with the customer.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in engineering

  • 2+ years Experience with (automotive) Radar perception algorithms

  • Experience developing Kalman Filter based tracking methods

  • Programming experience with high level languages such as C/C++, Python, Matlab.

  • Team work, social skills, goal-oriented and structured way of working

  • Good communication with customers and suppliers

  • Intercultural cooperation
