About the Team

The Facilities team is responsible for maintaining the plant infrastructure and ensuring a safe, reliable, and efficient working environment. The team supports production operations through preventive maintenance, rapid response to facility issues, and continuous improvement initiatives. Team members collaborate closely with EHS, production, and external service providers to maintain world-class operational standards.

What you can look forward to as Facilities Technician:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on facility equipment.
• Monitor utility systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, and water systems.
• Troubleshoot facility-related equipment and infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors during maintenance activities.
• Support facility improvement and energy-saving projects.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile as Facilities Technician:

• Technical degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utility systems.
• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office and maintenance systems).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work different shifts if required.
