Responsible for managing the Brakes Engenheiro Coelho site in South America strategically and tactically. This includes solid line responsibility for the Production, Maintenance and Manufacturing / Processes Engineering functions to achieve best results, with maximum quality and competitive costs, ensuring operations’ stability and performance, employees’ safety and environment preservation.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Establishment of strategies, monitoring and evaluation of operations plan, driving operations to execution of global best practices at Eng. Coelho site.
  • Responsible for Engenheiro Coelho plant management, operations, processes / manufacturing engineering and maintenance.
  • Excel operations performance and drive continuous improvement, implementing preventive or corrective actions to attend the results and getting optimization of productivity through the synergy between areas.
  • Ensure customers satisfaction, formulating strategies and implementing guidelines to comply with clients demands and requirements with low cost and high-quality standards.


Your Qualifications:


  • Degree in Engineering Required.
  • Specialization in Business Administration, Finance, Production or related areas preferred.
  • Manage operational plan, budget and drive cost reduction activities.
  • Ensure an organizational climate that leverages business results, leading the team in daily challenges, in best class manufacturing solutions, lean plant designs, and with global team interfaces, complying with legal and HS&E procedures.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and new technologies aligned with global standards and market trends, fostering benchmark between ZF sites.
