ZF is looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst Intern for our location in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

What can you look forward as a Supply Chain Data Analyst Intern?

This Supply Chain Data Analyst is responsible for contribute the effective analysis of the NA information. This role requires the data interpretation, pattern Identification and tendences as well as report generation to support the North America Supply chain decisions, the role must comply with the following technical aspects, Data Modeling, Data Base Management, Analytics software as Power BI or Similar and a strong project coordination and communication with leads and teammates. 

Your responsibilities as a Supply Chain Data Analyst Intern: 

• Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) data for analysis for high volume of data.
• Databases manipulation and normalization
• Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns and trends.
• Create reports and visual presentations to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand the needs of the projects.
• Maintain and improve data quality in existing databases.
• Participate in the implementation of predictive models and analysis techniques under supervision.
• Stay up to date on best practices in data analytics and emerging technologies.
• Rigorously testing to new solutions using testing techniques before releasing them to end users.
• Document data processes for future reference and faster support responses.
• Analysis of uses and responses of the information systems used to identify possible bottlenecks in the processes (Data Bases / Reports / Workflows / Applications).

Your profile as a Supply Chain Data Analyst Intern: 

• Currently enrolled in a degree of Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or related fields.
• English advanced
• Availability of 1 year
• Schedule of 8 A.M. - 2 P.M. 
• Medical Insurance 
• Knowledge with SQL DB technologies.
• Experience with Python, Java Script, R or any other data management technology.
• Proficient use of the MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail skill.
• Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and data analysis approaches. 
• Conversational understanding English/Spanish.

Preferred/Optional Requirements

• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or Similar.
• Strong communication (English/Spanish).
• Basic knowledge with Power Shell as a Process automation tool.
• Basic knowledge with advance data manipulation platforms such as Knime / Alteryx / MS Flows or Similar.
• Basic knowledge with M as an advance programming language for Power BI.
