About the Team

Quality Management team is divided by SQA & Laboratory.

Dampers and their components are our Product Line

We give service to internal and external clients.

We are looking to hire a Supplier Quality Assurance Enginner for our Location in El Salto

Responsibilities:

• Manage Supplier´s Quality performance, components validation and Supplier´s claims following corrective actions 8D reports to protect ZF production Line and Final Customer.
• Manage Suppliers components PPAPs cover sheets.
• Supplier´s claim management by using 8D methodology.
• Quality performance evaluation of suppliers.
• Manage SAP for quality inspections views for components reception.
• Coordinate supplier´s meeting to analyze components issues reported.
• Interface with logistic team to block rejected material in SAP.
• Coordinate sorting activities related to components issues from suppliers.
• Apply Charge backs to suppliers who are responsible of quality issues.
• Components Warranty analysis required to suppliers.
• Quality Management System forms and directives update.

Yor profile as SQA:

• Experience in supplier´s management
• Problem Solving (8´D methodology).
• ISO TS 16949
• APQP Methodology
• PPAP Methodology
• GD&T reading.
• Core tools
• Fixtures / Gauges design and manufacture.
• Moderate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; willing to learn company & customer systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency
• Five (5) years of work experience in the automotive or similar industry.
• Three (3) years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: Quality Eng, project, process, development.
• Previous experience in assembly operations and/or painting, is desirable
• VDA 6.3 experience is a plus.
