What you can look forward to as Sr. Welding Process Engineer:

• Designing, coordinating the manufacturing, maintaining, and/or modifying tooling necessary for operating production lines under your responsibility.

• Performing welding activities using various technologies, obtaining data that describe the characteristics of material joints.

• Defining process flow and layout of the lines under your responsibility, using line balancing tools, time and motion analysis, and ergonomics to optimize resources.

• Managing welding equipment and processes, including MIG/MAG, resistance, and projection welding.

• Handling Fanuc and Panasonic robots.

• Implementing vision systems and micro-percussion marking systems.

• Conducting feasibility analysis and generating WPS and WPQR.

• Leading and managing joint operations.

Your Profile as Sr. Welding Process Enginner:

• 4 to 5 years of experience as a Welding Process Engineer or similar roles.
• Knowledge of MIG/MAG welding, resistance welding, projection welding.
• Experience with Fanuc and Panasonic robots.
• Familiarity with vision systems and micro-percussion marking systems.
• Knowledge of servo presses and CQI-15 audits.
• Project management skills (MS Project).
• Proficiency in Windows Office, AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
• Understanding of quality and environmental systems (ISO/TS, IATF).
