We are looking to hire a Sr Manager Materials Management to join our team in El Salto.
What you can look forward to as Sr Manager Materials Management:

    Ensure safety for people, the integrity of the assets, and excellence in service
    Develop/empower & qualify plant SCM/Logistics team to plant logistics operations in planning and material handling according to efficiency and customer centricity enriched by 
end-to-end/value stream responsibilities
    Implement standards and tools from Corporate and Division
    Support on developing future strategies and standards for the entire process scope of SCM
    Minimize manual effort by optimized material flows and profitable automated material handling processes 
    Lead material planning for inbound/intra-plant/outbound material flows to ensure the highest material availability and service levels – ensure supply continuity (also including NPM)
    Steer Sales & Operations Planning for the plant leadership team to provide best demand visibility and avoid capacity/material shortages
    Optimize & execute production planning to ensure a demand-driven supply chain at the lowest inventories
    Steer optimization of inventory performance along production units 
    Steer transport execution & support optimization and claim handling according to guideline
    Lead operational freight, packaging, and (int/ext) warehouse management 
    Plan and execute a compliant freight bill audit and description of demand and execution of implementation for tender results 
    Lead local operational customs organization in cooperation with corporate customs   

Your Profile as Sr Manager Materials Management: 

•    5+ years solid working experience in Operations and relevant Functions
•    3+ years leadership experience incl. coaching/mentoring skills
•    Experience in Project Management
•    Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
•    Transformation competence and organizational development skills
•    Coaching and Mentoring Skills
•    Business / Finance Management Acumen
•    Results/Process/Problem Solving - Oriented 
•    In Depth knowledge in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Production and Launch Readiness
