• Plan, organize, develop, and implement policies, procedures, and strategies for each of the Human Resources processes to ensure the fulfillment of the organization's goals and objectives through recruitment, personnel selection, training, organizational development, organizational communication, and labor relations.A person with a strong leadership and union experience, also salaries and benefits.
• Manage and control the area's budget, in relation to Direct, Indirect, and Salaried personnel.
• Ensure compliance with the required HC in the business units.
• Apply Corporate regulations and Guidelines in all business units.
• Support and lead matters related to Quality, Safety, Environment, and other systems.
• Manage, plan, and administer corporate events for the division.
• Ensure that the required HC for Indirect and Salaried personnel is provided in a timely manner for each of the business units.
• Ensure compliance with the Ethics Policy and Codes of Conduct, as well as conduct related investigations.

Your Profile as Sr Human Resources Manager:

• 5 years solid working experience in Human Resources and relevant Functions
• Transformation competence and organizational development skills
• Coaching and Mentoring Skills
• Business / Finance Management
• Results-oriented
• Knowledge in Federal Labor Law, Competency Interviews, Union Negotiation Processes, Labor Secretariat Regulations NOM-035.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration or Psychology - Master's degree desirable
• 3+ years leadership experience + Advanced English
