About the Team

Ensure that the production processes within the assigned lines meet customer requirements based on the company's techniques, procedures, and policies. The purpose is to achieve the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale results defined in the business plan, ensuring the accomplishment of the Business Unit's objectives.

What you can look forwar to as a Manufacturing Supervisor?

• Portfolio Management: Responsible for issuing the manufacturability feasibility assessment of a new product regarding customer standards and requirements, in comparison with the manufacturing standards and technologies defined within the CT Product Line (PL).
• Portfolio Management: Responsible for verifying investment amounts and special requirements needed when issuing an RFQ from manufacturing during the acquisition phase.
• Business Acquisition: Support in reducing risks associated with acquiring new business within the CT division, particularly in production-related aspects.
• Industrialization: Responsible for analyzing the market and gathering regional needs related to automation, manufacturing technologies, and the development of local suppliers.
• Industrialization: Responsible for developing and introducing new technologies into the defined process steps and training Process Engineers (PEs) and Maintenance Engineers on these new technologies.
• Productivity: Responsible for optimizing productivity within the region, analyzing potential productivity improvements without negatively impacting quality.
• Standardization: Develop potential adaptations of standard processes on existing equipment, especially through international collaboration and exchange with other regions.
• Technical Support: Responsible for providing support to Product Engineering in the NAFTA, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions during the acquisition phase of new business opportunities.
• Production Process Optimization: Analyze processes based on Six Sigma methodologies to identify the most influential factors and optimal operating points, enabling better process optimization.
• Supplier Manufacturing: Responsible for conducting technical evaluations of external manufacturing service providers as part of the risk analysis for an M&B

Your Profile as a Manufacturing Supervisor:

• At least 3 years of experience in the same position and in leadership roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in manufacturing and industrialization areas
• At least 3 years of experience in new product launches
• Advanced conversational English is required
• Experience in metal-mechanical (metalworking/manufacturing) companies
