We are looking for our Sr. Manager Business Controller for our plant at EL SALTO, GDL.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Directs overall financial results of the Report Unit and leading the OP, Forecasts and Strategic Plan process..
• Ensures achievement of productivity targets for M&L, Sourcing, Logistic and Quality
• Act as a coach for senior business partners and develop the talent pipeline for the finance team
• Establish a  finance vision/strategy for operations and MM in support of the overall business strategy and a roadmap for Finance functional excellence
• Validates that financial transactions, policies and procedures satisfy corporate short and long-term objectives and are in compliance with regulatory standards
• Ensures that all cost and investment targets in business case decisions/ customer quotes are aligned and approved.
• Develop a global collaborative, diverse and passionate team.
• Participation in KPI’s for new products. 

Requirements

• 10 years plus of experience in financial leadership roles (local/regional CFO, FP&A, …) including being part of the management team.
• GM capability including a strong understanding of the major processes and functions across the business and plant operations
• Driving manufacturing strategy based on deep experience in a broad range of disciplines within finance in an international industrial manufacturing environment.
• Individual should have the proven ability to manage through major change.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex situations and see beyond the obvious first steps 
• Action oriented individual and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Good motivator and effective communicator who functions well in an international matrix organization.
• Proven track record of communication with Executive Management.
