About the Team

 
The Quality Department plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of product and process quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, and Suppliers, the team drives continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and ZF quality standards. What you can look forward to as Quality Engineer:

• Lead problem-solving activities using quality methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa to eliminate root causes.
• Support APQP activities, PPAP submissions, engineering changes, and new product launches.
• Monitor manufacturing processes through data analysis, process audits, layered process audits, and statistical techniques to ensure product conformity.
• Coordinate customer complaints, internal quality issues, and supplier quality concerns while driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, and Purchasing to improve process capability and reduce quality costs.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, AIAG Core Tools, customer-specific requirements, and internal quality management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, improving First Time Through (FTT), and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Participate in internal, customer, and certification audits while supporting quality system improvements.

Your Profile as Quality Engineer:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA), Control Plans, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.
• Knowledge of quality management tools, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is preferred.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical thinking, effective communication, teamwork, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is considered an advantage.
