We are reinforcing our team in the area of New Programs for Div C in North America to be located at our plant at El Salto Jalisco

Responsabilities:

• Oversee and manage Customer Program using ZF standard Program Management methods including APQP/GDPEP.
• Ensure successful launch of Programs with various complexities, leading (interdisciplinary) project teams and guaranteeing their effectiveness
• Acting as a link between customer, supplier, partners and department
• Accountable reaching of Cost, Quality, Timing, Spec-Targets in shared responsibility with functional leads
• Elaborate a project plan in alignment with the project goals and perform cross-departmental planning for all functions involved
• Managing risks, resolving problems / issues and managing baseline changes,
• Manage difficult and challenging situations with customer and inter-company departments.
• Manage communication and stakeholder as well as reporting & escalating to decision makers

 
Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or business related with several years of professional experience in project management, project management certification will be an advantage
• +3 years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• PM Leadership experience in commercial vehicle or automotive industry
• Knowledge of project-planning tools
• Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations and interacting with (senior) leadership
• Knowledge and understanding of business needs
• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence; also to develop and execute a project & resource plan, incl. baseline change management
