About the Team

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead global customer programs from our El Salto location. This role is critical in ensuring successful program execution, cross-functional collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead complex automotive or commercial vehicle programs using ZF’s standard Program Management methodologies, including GDPEP.

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, internal departments, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans aligned with program goals.

• Navigate challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism, both internally and externally.
• Ensure effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and timely reporting to decision-makers.

Your Profile as Program Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; project management certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in program/project management within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Proficiency in project planning tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of business operations and customer relationship management.
• Skilled in resource planning and change management.
