What you can look forward to as Valve Process Engineer (m/f/d):

• Design, coordinate manufacturing, maintain, and/or modify tooling necessary to operate the production lines under your responsibility.
• Define and manage the operating parameters of production processes to maintain and improve process results.
• Define process flow and layout of the lines under your responsibility, using line balancing tools, time and motion analysis, and ergonomics to optimize resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes.
• Implement and monitor quality and environmental systems (ISO/TS, IATF).
• Lead special projects aimed at process improvement and innovation.

Your Profile as Valve Process Engineer (m/f/d):

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an assembly process engineer.
• Intermediate to advanced English (conversational).
• Experience with shock absorber assembly processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project / Project Management).
• Knowledge of Windows Office, AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
• Familiarity with Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA).
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with analysis techniques (8D, DOE).
• Experience with SAP (Routes, Versions) and change management (ECM).
