About the Team 

Coach and mentor leadership to create a Lean culture.
Ensuring cascaded communication, request/bundle feedback from the plants, represents governance function and support of regions/divisions.

What can you look forward to as Manager ZF Production System:

• Enhance/Build up a strong ZF PS organization in the ZF to provide lean expert know-how and foster knowledge transfer/best practice sharing to all hierarchy levels in x-functions and plants.
• Ensure and prioritize cross-divisional ZF PS activities, support and resource sharing
• Lead, develop and implement globally ZF PS key topics/methods incl. ZF PS Way, CIS, Lean goes digital and Lean Indirect including coordination and optimization of x-functions regarding ZF PS based on a cascadable corporate operations and ZF PS Road Map
• Act as role model for ZF PS (incl. coaching/ mentoring)
• Evaluate and steer lean implementation progress and derive required key activities based on ZF PS standard reporting (incl. ZF PS Objectives & Road Map, Lean Evaluation) on group level.
• Ensuring ZF PS method box is reflecting business needs, its sustainable roll out/ adherence and sufficiently qualified ZF PS resources / cross-functions are available across the company
• Ensuring cascaded communication, request/bundle feedback from the plants, represents governance function and support of regions/divisions
• Review and discuss Corporate and divisional ZF PS Roadmap with members of PEG, OP and PSCo to align and prioritize

Your Profile as Manager ZF Production System:    

• Academic degree in technical field or equivalent
• 10+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
• Profound knowledge  & experience of ZF PS / Lean Manufacturing concepts and methods
• Excellent comprehension and understanding of products & manufacturing processes of whole ZF
• Strong leadership skills in the matrix with team spirit
• Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problem, to present topics, to run project and building teams
• Robust network within corporate and Divisions / Very good oral and written communication skills and fluent in English
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting /Coaching skills on management level
