About the team:

ZF is a global technology company supplying advanced mobility products and systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and industrial technology. Its comprehensive product range is primarily aimed at vehicle manufacturers, mobility providers and start-up companies in the fields of transportation and mobility. ZF electrifies a wide range of vehicle types. With its products, the company contributes to reducing emissions, protecting the climate as well as enhancing safe mobility. 

We are looking for a Launch Coordinator for our location in El Salto, Jalisco.

 

What can you look forward as a Launch Coordinator:

•Control & manage the launch team via OLM Process (cockpit, checklists and templates) within the plant
•Communicate changes of targets & premises to the plant launch team 
•Safeguard smooth handover to series production
•Compliance with project targets
•Fulfills all responsibilities in early launch stage, if no Divisional Launch Manager is defined
•Request results and deliverables status
•Take decisions and initiate escalations (GDPEP / Divisional Launch Manager / plant organization) 
•Prioritization of sub-targets in coordination with the plant launch team
 
 
Your profile as a Launch Coordinator:
•Academic degree in technical field or equivalent 
•2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
• 7 - 10 years of experience 
• Core tools 
• MS project
•Good understanding of relevant products & manufacturing processes
•Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problems, to present topics, run projects and build teams
•Very good oral and written communication skills
•Fluent in English
•Coaching skills
•Working knowledge of the GDPEP process
