We are looking to hire an HR Trainee to be located at our plant at El Salto Jalisco 
 
What you can look forward to as HR Trainee:
• Support in daily human resources reports: daily attendance, overtime, indicators, process progress or training
 • Support to transform data and analyze it with the support of Power BI to parameterize and standardize indicators
 • Support for unifying the HR image (visual factory), surveys to align the image with corporate standards
 • Support for carrying out  HR specific events and activities 

Your Profile as HR Trainee:
•    Active student of the last semesters (any bachelor), MUST HAVE health care from school available
•    Advanced handling of Excel (dynamic tables, advanced formulas) 
•    Intermediate knowledge of Power BI desirable (not restrictive but highly desirable) 
•    Availability to work 30 hours per week (can be on non-continuous days)
•    Conversational English (attending meetings with foreigners)
•    The plant is located at El Salto- Km 3.5 Carretera El Salto La Capilla 45680 El Salto, Jalisco Mexico
