About the Team

The HR team at ZF plays a critical role in supporting the business by managing workforce operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive employee environment. Working closely with production and business unit leaders, the team ensures that talent acquisition, employee relations, and payroll processes run efficiently. The team is focused on driving organizational effectiveness while aligning with company policies and union agreements. What you can look forward to as Senior Human Resources Generalist:

• Ensure compliance with internal regulations and union agreements across the business unit.
• Lead recruitment and selection processes for both operational and indirect personnel.
• Monitor and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism.
• Prepare and process payroll for hourly employees, including overtime, absences, and leaves.
• Manage employee relations and support overall personnel administration within the business unit.
• Coordinate and oversee external and internal service providers.
• Act as a key HR partner to support operational needs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile as Human Resources Generalist:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist or HR operations role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and union environments.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR metrics tracking.
• High level of empathy, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with flexibility and adapt to changing business needs.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency.
