About the Team

Join our Manufacturing IT team, where technology and production come together to enable efficient, reliable, and connected manufacturing operations. The team is responsible for supporting and enhancing MES/SCADA solutions across production environments, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement. Working closely with Controls, PLC, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams, we play a key role in delivering digital manufacturing initiatives and supporting business-critical operations. This is a collaborative environment that offers opportunities to contribute to global projects and innovative manufacturing technologies.

• Provide Tier 1 support for Strategic and Tolerated MES/SCADA applications, ensuring timely incident resolution and compliance with agreed SLAs.
• Participate in MES/SCADA deployment projects, including application implementation and production line integration activities.
• Support change and release management processes for MES/SCADA applications to ensure stable and reliable operations.
• Work closely with PLC and Controls teams to implement and maintain manufacturing execution and supervisory control systems.
  Collaborate with IT Launch, Service, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams during MES/SCADA implementations and enhancement initiatives.
• Analyze, document, and support the approval of system changes and releases in coordination with functional teams.
• Develop and implement system improvements and solutions that support manufacturing performance and operational excellence.
• Partner with internal and external IT professionals on technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.

Your Profile as IT Analyst - Production Systems

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in IT, manufacturing systems, industrial automation, or application support.
• Knowledge of MES, SCADA, IIoT, or integrated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing applications and production environments is considered an advantage.
• Understanding of change management, incident management, and system release processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across different organizational levels and functional teams.
• English language skills ranging from basic to advanced are preferred.
