Your tasks:

• Responsible for supporting of MES/SCADA systems, participating in projects related to deploy applications and interconnecting production lines (3rd Shift);
• Support Tier 1 problems/incidents for Strategic System and MES/SCADA Applications.
• Change and Release Management responsibility MES/SCADA applications
• Works close with PLC and Controls Teams to implement MES/SCADA Systems
• Provide Global MES/SCADA Tier 1 production on time support and ticket resolution within agreed SLAs;
• Interact closely with IT Launch, Service teams and Business during Strategic MES implementations.
• Analyses and approval of releases and changes as required by Functional Team
• Document and implement changes/enhancements/solutions in conjunction with business departments such as production, quality, and maintenance;
• Be willing to work flexible with other colleagues in the supporting area;
• Collaborate with internal and external IT professionals on technical issues and developments;
• Support bar code printers 

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar technically related field;
• Desirable professional experience in MES/SCADA;
• Desirable experience in a IT Integrated manufacturing environment (MES, SCADA, IIoT, etc)
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization and external partners.
• Available to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
