Div A Regional IT Services Lead

We are looking to hire a Divisional  IT service lead to join our team at Queretaro

 

Responsibilities

  • Manages demand and delivery for IT services within Div A
  • Responsible to assure effective delivery of IT Services into Div A
  • Responsible to assure smooth implementation of change into the Service Portfolio, including managing downtime impact and OCM aspects, such as training and readiness of new functions.
  • Promote & drive IT based innovation (Democratization of IT, AI, Data Analytics, ...). Value based prioritization of innovation in global product line/area.
  • Support IT in introducing new solutions and explain IT decisions to site and regional leadership
  • Be the primary escalation point for IT incidents and service questions for your area of responsibility
  • Responsible to coordinate when required with delivery teams to assure effective resolution and delivery
  • Close collaboration with IT Service teams to assure effective and efficient delivery of services.
  • Assure cost effective use of services and responsible to find areas for savings either through more efficient use of services or elimination of unnecessary services.

 

Requirements

  • 5 + years in a similar role
  • IT degree or related
  • Fully bilingual
  • IT management professional
  • Strong business acumen and understanding, high conflict management skills
  • Strong agile leadership and management skills
  • Visionary thinking and effective execution, thought leadership
  • Experience in large scale business and IT transformation programs
