Responsibilities

• Support software validation activities to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
• Follow and coordinate the late dedication process, ensuring timely execution and documentation.
• Maintain and administer software databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Create, track, and follow up on Development Notifications (DNs).
• Support database migration activities from LabVIEW to Power BI platforms.
• Assist in generating reports and dashboards to improve data visibility and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing engineering and validation projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
