What you can look forward to as Quality Manager

• Define strategies that ensure compliance with client/business and corporate objectives.
• Manage strategies that improve the quality culture, as well as massive systematic improvements.
• Monitor the behavior and operation of products in the plants, ensuring compliance with design requirements.
• Know and monitor customer requirements to comply with them during the production phases.
• Provide feedback to the areas involved in the plant when there are problems with clients and coordinate the generation of corrective actions.
• Actively collaborate during the reception and internal, client and third-party audits.

Your profile as Quality Manager

• 5 years of experience in the Quality area within the Automotive industry.
• Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar.
• Experience with IATF 16949, VDA, FORMEL Q, ISO 14001 and 45001.
• Advanced level of English.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Drive results with a multifunctional team within a complex matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in product and project launches.
• Must be available for occasional travel outside the country.
