Job Description

What you can look forward to as Customer Service Engineer:

  • Ensuring all customer service processes meet the highest quality standards.
  • Providing timely follow-up to claims within customer portals.
  • Scheduling visits with customers to reinforce communication and understanding of their requirements.
  • Coordinating communication with resident engineers to notify claims on time.
  • Analyzing data and generating reports on customer service performance.
  • Supervising and improving customer service processes.

Your Profile as Customer Service Engineer:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (90%).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the position or industry.
  • Valid visa and passport.
  • Availability to travel abroad.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Core Tools, IATF, and VDA 6.3.
  • Deep understanding of automotive industry standards and regulations (OEM STL, GM, BMW, Ford, VW).
