About the Team 
This position is responsible for production floor operations, managing the workforce and available resources to meet required monthly volumes. The role involves setting priorities for the work team and support areas to ensure optimal operational performance and maximize financial results, as well as strategically coordinating the multidisciplinary team to ensure the operation of the "El Marqués" plant.

What can you look forward to as Production Manager:

• Manage Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Labor objectives within the Production area.
• Collaborate with various departments to meet direct and indirect cost targets.
• Monitor operational quality metrics: NCTs, Scrap, and PPMs.
• Monitor financial metrics: Margin, TE, Scrap %, and CIS.
• Monitor operational metrics: OEE, PPH, Deliveries, and Capacity Utilization.
• Measure personnel performance annually using tools established by HR.
• Understand and comply with HSE procedures applicable to the role, including the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
• Understand and comply with IATF 16949 Quality Management System procedures.

Your Profile as Production Manager:    

• Bachelor's degree Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Area Manager.
• Experience with Production Systems Production Indicators Customer-Specific Requirements
• Conflict Management / Leadership
• Lean Manufacturing / Financial Management
• IATF 16949 ISO 14001 CTPAT and AEO Problem Solving
• Document Control LPA  /Auditor ISO 45001:2018
• Advanced English proficiency
