About the Team
Materials (Supply Chain) team is responsible for ensuring that all materials, components, and finished products flow efficiently through every stage of production and delivery. Our work supports manufacturing operations, guarantees part availability, minimizes costs, and ensures that ZF products are produced and delivered on time to our customers.

What you can look forward to as MASTER PRODUCTION SCHEDULER:

• Responsible for receive, process, analyze, communicate, and manage customer requirements, creating production plans that ensure on time delivery to customer
• Responsible to create and manage production schedules based on customer demand, plant capacity, and material availability. Their goal is to ensure smooth and continuous manufacturing with minimal downtime.
• Develop shot and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally.
• Meet KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate (On Time Delivery), delivering finished goods inventories, Premium Freights outbound control. According to ZF policies.
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan.
• Weekly and monthly sales forecast and sales planning processes updates.
• Deliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacity considerations).
• Support and implement improvements in planning area to improve customer OTD, inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet company KPIs.
• Make sure customer´s demand and changes required are always reflected in the system to plan all resources accordingly.
• Measure customer scorecard, leading action plans to improve customer satisfaction when needed by using Problem Solving tools.
• Follow up to customer complaints & charges due to a logistics/MPS failures. Lead action plans to implement corrective actions.
• Critical to ensure new projects launching process is met and status is shared with involved team to avoid/mitigate any impact to customers.

Your Profile as MASTER PRODUCTION SCHEDULER

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 100% ability to speak, read, listen and write in English.
• Strong leadership and decisions making skills.
• Analytical capacity (Analytical person). Problem-solving.
• A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a similar role. 
• Supply chain knowledge. MRP system Knowledge ( QAD, SAP, etc)
• Handle customer portals (Stellantis, GM, VW, Daimler, Nissan)
• Experience in production line management.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis.
