Position Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to control plans.

• Manage and follow up on non-conforming products. • Lead actions for First Time Quality (FTQ).

• Lead and ensure actions generated by internal/external Non-Conformance Tickets (NCT's).

• Conduct internal and external audits (IATF, VDA, BIQ). • Follow up and close actions for the production lines.

• Release machining centers and generate data and documentation for PPAP.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Intermediate English proficiency is essential.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in machining and the automotive industry.

• Knowledge of machining processes.

• Ability to interpret Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) reports.

• General knowledge in PFMEA , Control Plan, PPAP, and problem-solving.

• Advanced knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Relationship-building skills within and outside the organization.

• Experience in developing and managing complex strategies.

• Experience working directly or indirectly with supplier CNC and customers (GM, Stellantis)
