Position Summary

The Database Engineer is responsible for the database administration, floor applications (internal or external) and giving related support to the plant.

Responsibilities:  

• Give support in the line regarding any failure in the database.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for traceability/data acquisition (MIS) systems.
• Analyze, define, and document the requirements of database systems.
• Develop applications (MIS system models or specific applications).

Qualifications:

• Configuration and Management of databases; SQL Server, Oracle, MYSQL.
• Administration and configuration of Windows (PC and Server).
• Programming Net / C# / ASO.NET.
• Visual Basic Programming.
• Network Configuration (Ethernet).
• ZPL Code Management and Printer Configuration.
• Programming in Lab View.
• PLC Programming desirable (Allen Bradley and Siemens).
