Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague in our maintenance team. This position will be located in Egües (Pamplona) and will report to the Manufacturing & Plant Engineering Manager. People of all genders are encouraged to participate in the selection process.

What you can look forward to as Maintenance Manager:

• Creating maintenance schedules and delegating tasks to team members
• Conducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance work
• Supervising maintenance workers and ensuring they follow site work practices
• Performing minor on-site repairs
• Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required
• Discussing maintenance concerns to define solutions
• Staying on-call and responding to emergency maintenance needs and coordinating work performed by outside vendors
• Developing maintenance budgets and controlling and monitoring inventory

Your profile as Maintenance Manager:

• Higher degree in electromechanical engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience as a maintenance manager or other management position (2 years)
• Experience in planning maintenance operations
• Solid Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Fluent Spanish skills and A1-B2 English skills
