Tasks:

Participation for increase customer satisfaction at the ZF services and end users too
Keep contact with our customers, in single cases possibility to visit them
Handling of field complaints which come from the vehicle manufacturers and ZF service network, technical support
Participation in the resolution of the customer complaints, investigation for the complained products
Preparation of measurement reports, presentations, field claim statistics
Monitoring markets in focus to the customer requests
Participation in the running projects

Requirements:

Degree in mechanical engineering
1-2 years experience in an automotive environment
Excellent verbal English language skill as well as in writing
User-level knowledge of MS-Office
Excellent communication skills
Ability of working independently and in teams
Wilingness to travel
