Supplier Development Engineer

Your tasks:

• Development of a collaborative working relationship with suppliers to ensure the permanent quality improvement of the purchased parts
• Support of the supplier admission and release process, evaluation of suppliers
• Implementation of specific supplier development activities
• Cross functional responsibility in supplier development projects
• Conduction of audits at suppliers, process analysis, special focus for R@R
• Support of the divisional SDE-Teams for the definition of the commodity strategy

Your profile:

• Degree in technical / mechanical / industrial engineering
• Relevant professional experience (quality, production, logistics, technical purchasing or process planning)
• Fluent English language knowledge
• High level communication, negotiating and organizational skills, ability of working in international teams
• Willingness for business travels
