Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Proactively identifying and prioritizing (market and internal) opportunities to add value to the company and ensure concrete and sustainable business impact;
• Project and Portfolio reviews based on strategic business field analysis to identify invest / divest areas and develop targeted scenarios for them;
• (Co-) lead strategic projects and initiatives aimed at long-term solutions as well as partnership formats;
• Plan, steer, and implement strategic projects by create project reportings, align with stakeholders and lead project meetings;
• Preparation and coordination of relevant market inputs for divisional and group strategic processes and top-management analysis;

Your Profile: 

• University /College degree;
• 1-3 years experience in relevant field preferred;
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills (deriving product and solution trends, defining & structuring problems, driving analysis and “insights”, and making recommendations) and interpretation ability;
• Strong business acumen as well as deep experience and understanding of e-mobility technologies and products, industry and markets;
• Convincing personality and understanding of the strategy development process; 
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable in presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels remotely;
• Committed team player willing to cooperate with multiple colleagues across office locations;
• As we are an international team fluency in English is a requirement (spoken and written);
