Quality Engineer

  • Customer contact, complaint handling and quality support

(customer portal, via other communication channels)

  • Coordination of problem-solving teams for customer complaints, application of problem-solving techniques
  • Change request, process change processing, customer notification and approval
  • Coordinating customer samplings (PPAP), approval with customer
  • Regular reporting and consultation with the customer on the status of complaints
  • Internal customer support for relevant quality issues within the organization, internal complaint handling
  • Organization and coordination of customer audits / visits (ZF / Customer)
  • Support new customer projects for quality management



  • Advanced technical degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar job
  • Proficiency in the practical application of quality problem solving methods
  • Negotiation of oral and written English
  • Good communication skills, determined action
  • Analytical thinking, strategic vision
  • Willingness to travel
  • Limited 2 year contract with 3 month probation period



  • Knowledge of automotive quality standards / requirements
  • Knowledge of German
