Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Conception and execution of Change Management initiatives about a broad project range (Digitalization projects, Leading culture changes, New Ways of Working initiatives);
• Success Tracking of selected change measures and initiatives regarding the cultural transformation;
• Development of methods and tools to support the transformation strategy; 
• Cross-functional development of an Ambition (North Star)based on the divisional cultural transformation; 
• Anchoring of the cultural transformation within the Product Lines, Domains and Regions in close cooperation with the departments; 
• Design and implementation of different Change Management formats incl. Training formats and Workshops; 

Your Profile: 

• University /College degree;
• 1-3 years experience in relevant field;
• Profound knowledge about Change- and Transformation projects and a safe handling with Change Management Methods;
• Excellent communication skills, and comfortable in presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels remotely;
• Good understanding of the product portfolio, as well as a great affinity for future technologies, markets and customers;
• Proactive and well organized with strong intercultural experience, committed team player willing to cooperate with multiple colleagues across office locations;
• Moderation- and negotiation competences on complex issues; 
• Competence to make decisions and to solve conflicts;
• As we are an international team fluency in English and German is a requirement (spoken and written);
