What you can look forward to as Controller (m/f/d):

• Product Controlling of e-Mobility Driveline and Transmissions & Hybrids Products. Tracking of Product Cost & Steering and Improving Product Profitability (e.g. via COPA)
• Project Controlling of new development projects and concept studies for the Product Segments e-Mobility Driveline and Transmissions & Hybrids in a multi-interface environment w/ all effected domains / stakeholders
• Execution of Project profitability calculations for complex business cases
• Conducting customer quotation and post calculations. Alignment of Pricing Strategies with Market Management and Sales organization. Conduct customer pricing comparisons
• Execution of Product Cost & Product Result comparisons as well as Product-Benchmarks with the goal to identify Cost-Down Potentials
• Interface to Product-Cost-Engineering. Support (role Controlling) of Cost Engineering activities to continuously improve Product Costs
• Preparing reports and analyses for Project and Product Segment Management
• Project budget controlling (e.g. R&D)
• Continuous improvement of methods/procedures/processes of the controlling system

Your Profile as Controller (m/f/d):

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable education with subject-specific professional experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling
• Very good knowledge of business administration fundamentals (product calculation, controlling processes, SAP tools)
• Very good IT skills (office applications, SAP, SAP BW databases)
• Experience in Project Controlling
• Experience in project management favorable
• Excellent analytical skills
• Independence, resilience, assertiveness, and a high level of communication skills
• Fluent English skills, flexibility and willingness to travel are required
