Logistic Freight Cost Accountant

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for defined area of freight invoice checking
Check completeness and correctness of manual invoices and work at electronic invoice/credit note processing via freight cost tools (e.g. SAP / ExcelPQ / Assist4Freight / SupplyOn FM)
Perform factual and tariff invoice check (Manual and Excel based), drive and document claims processes with external forwarder
Actively support in the optimization and development of invoice procedures with external service providers and ensure digitalization
Prepare shipment or invoice data for KPIs and support divisional freight cost controlling

Requirements:

Degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Logistics (Freightmanagement)
Working Experience in Controlling, Finance or Logistics (Freightmanagement)
Good Knowledge of ExcelPQ, Microsoft Office and SAP
Analytical and process thinking
Ability to work in global networks with internal and external counterparts
Very good English language knowledge
