• Introducing and configuring logistics related new ERP functionalities, onboarding new suppliers including TOMS platform setup
• Monitoring and analyzing E2E logistics and production processes, proposing and implementing optimization measures within SAP
• Supporting daily logistics operations in SAP: material receival, internal logistics flows, production order management, export processes and inventory administration
• Coordinating the yearly inventory process
• Managing system integrations and key interfaces, including EDI connections with customers and suppliers
• Maintaining and configuring key logistics process settings in SAP—such as supply areas, storage bins and Kanban parameters—and providing support for logistics related system functionalities
• Creating documentation, guidelines and work instructions, conducting user training and providing first level support to end users and new colleagues 
• Creating Power BI reports
• Testing IT systems regarding functionality and usability with Key-User functions

Your profile as Local Process Expert in Logistics:

• Degree in business administration, economics or engineering
• Experience in MS Office and SAP
• General understanding of IT systems, interfaces and data modules
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Strong MS Office skills
• Analytical mindset, structured work approach, strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
• Fixed-term employment contract (min. 2 years)
