IT Implementation Specialist for HR Solutions

We are looking for new colleagues for the IT Global HR Solutions area in Budapest.


Your tasks:

  • Conception and implementation of interfaces and integrations to local (international) HR systems
  • Monitoring of implemented solutions of IT services as well as communication and advice on emerging issues with international contacts
  • IT-technical support for the worldwide implementation and mapping of HR processes in SuccessFactors
  • Analysis of IT-technical and IT-economic conditions and find proper implementation options
  • Global project / sub-project management in the context of the IT implementation of HR processes in SuccessFactors (e.g. technical integration of local payroll systems)

Your profile:

  • Experience in IT support and system operation, knowledge of HR process management
  • Degree in computer science, business informatics or related disciplines
  • Experience in Groovy Script / Java Script
  • Good English (to successfully communicate in an international work environment)
  • Experience in web / interface technologies (ideally SAP cloud platform integration)
