About the Team: 
IT Center Hungary - 300 professionals based in Eger & Budapest and also working remotely from Hungary, developing and supporting the global IT infrastructure, applications and processes of ZF Group on a global scale. We are working with a wide range of technologies and platforms including SAP, the Microsoft Power Stack and cloud computing services just to name a few.

What you can look forward to as an HR IT Manager:

• Lead the implementation and deployment of HR IT systems across Europe
• Manage carve outs, M&A activities
• Manage HR IT suppliers
• Managing Critical Design reviews in the field of HCM
• Support SAP HCM systems in region EMEA

Your profile as HR IT Project Manager:

• Min. 3 years ( maybe more) experience in Project Management
• Some experience in large-scale project management
• SAP HCM knowhow in PA, OM, PY, TA
• IT security knowhow applications in focus 
• Fluent English language skills
• Strong in communication, service and customer orientation

Nice to have:

• Control and implementation of the security audit of IT HR applications
• German and Spanish language skills
