Development Engineer

About the Team:

The team has been working in eMobility development since 2016, dealing with engineering support activities in advance-, and series development of Central and Axle-drives, also for MT, AMT, AT transmissions.

What you can look forward to as Development Engineer: 
 

• Participation in R&D projects of electric driveline and conventional gearbox developments;
• Design and detail design of mechanical components of complete drivelines;
• Create installation-, section-cut drawings;
• Technical support of project engineers, in-house production and suppliers;
• Performing technical calculations;
• Recommendation and elaboration of design changes.

Your profile as Development Engineer:

• BSC or MSC degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Strong (at least 2-5 years) experience in component modelling; (Tool: Creo);
• Good languages knowledge in English and/or German;
• Self-confident and reliable;
• Independent and responsible work;
• Ability to take initiatives, 
• Creativity, innovative approach.

Advantages: 

• Knowledge of drivelines and gearboxes in Commercial vehicle technology;
• User-level knowledge of PDM/PLM-systems (Windchill);
• Knowledge of GPS, MBD
