Customer Quality Engineer

Location: 

Eger, HE, HU, 3300

Responsibilities:

  • Customer contacting, complaint handling and support in quality questions

(customer portal, through other communication channels)

  • Coordination of problem-solving teams for customer complaints, applying problem-solving techniques
  • Handling of change request and process changes
  • Managing of customer initial samples (PPAP), approve with customer
  • Regular reporting and consultation with the customer on the status of complaints
  • Support in customer relevant quality issues within the ZF organization
  • Organization and coordination of customer audits / visits (ZF / Customer)

 

Requirements:

  • Technical advanced degree
  • 2 years of experience on similar position preferred
  • Proficiency in the practical application of quality problem solving methods
  • English language – fluent, German language skills would be a plus
  • Good communication skills, determined
  • Analytical thinking, strategic vision
  • Willingness to travel
