Customer Experience, Loyalty & Networks Specialist

  • Support the strategic business goals of Division B by advancing customer satisfaction & loyalty (NPS), growing our customer reach & market shares, sharing synergies across BLs and improving our Marketing efficiency/ROI at the decision & touch points along the customer journeys
  • Deploy, monitor & refine regional customer experience initiatives & processes with a focus on generating customer pull from all sub-audiences, incl. IWS (independent workshops), installers, IAM distributors & retailers, OES customers & franchised workshops, fleets, ZF Partners and others in the zone/country
  • Manage, monitor & improve audience-specific loyalty concepts like workshop concepts, rewards programs, trade/distributor concepts fleet concepts or service partner concepts (e.g., ZF Service Partner, ZF Service Point) – across all BLs within the zone/country
  • Control & execute zone/country-specific network development in close collaboration with BLs 
  • Ensure consistent brand & customer experience across all target groups within the zone/country
  • Initiate and co-sponsor local key customer events in conjunction with Regional Marketing and BLs
  • Collaborate strongly with Global CX/Loyalty/Network team, Regional Marketing and PC Service & Network team

Your Profile: 

  • 1-3 years relevant experience 
  • Strong experience in customer experience and loyalty programs for both B2B and B2C within the zone/country
  • Customer-centric attitude based on outside-in perspective and strong knowledge of market and customers
  • Knowledge on Automotive Aftermarket & Marketing network in the zone/country as advantage, but not required
  • Marketing or Sales experience in international context and in complex matrix organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fluent English 


  • German/Romanian language knowledge
  • Willingness to travel
