About the Team

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Controller to join our global team at ZF in Eger. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where you can grow and develop your career while contributing to innovative solutions in the automotive industry. As a Controller, you will play a key role in advancing the digitization and optimization of our planning and reporting processes. You will implement and continuously improve reporting tools and methods, conduct special operational analyses, and provide decision recommendations. Engage in international projects, collaborate with experts worldwide, and make a difference in the automotive industry.

What you can look forward to as Controller (m/f/d):

• Independently identifying and design fields of action to advance the digitization and optimization of planning and reporting
• Implementation and continuous optimization of reporting tools and processes within the product line/division. This includes identifying potential for improvement, developing and introducing new reporting methods and adapting existing systems to current requirements
• Special operational analyses and the preparation of resulting decision recommendations
• Monitoring the development of cost and following up the agreed measures, ensure proper measure tracking and reporting (360+ program)
• Calculation of transfer prices in accordance to the Group guidelines for locations within the TT product line and for intercompany customers across product lines and divisions (e.g. Division I and B)
• Be able to utilize ZF reporting tools to provide detailed analysis to management team and respond to tasks
• Planning of intercompany deliveries for the entire parts business within the TT product line as well as to cross Division Customers, taking into account localization, end-of-production and start-of-production specifications in coordination with production, purchasing and logistics

Your Profile as Controller (m/f/d):

• Successfully completed degree in economics or business administration
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
• Experience in SAP (BW), MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell) as well as general IT affinity
• Conceptual and systematic way of working with strong analytical skills
• Experience and motivation to work in a complex environment
