Chatbot Business Analyst

Your Tasks:

  • As a Chatbot Business Analyst, you will support the assessment of business needs and assist in the design and development of bot experiences.
  • Identifying/evaluating business processes that can be automated with Chatbots
  • Design and preparation of requirement documentation
  • Creating test scenarios and coordinating UAT, to ensure that developed solution meet requirements, has been created with highest quality standards and with appropriate error handling
  • Ensuring smooth project implementation and project documentation
  • Explaining technical solutions to the business customer and communicate business objective to the technical team.

 

Your profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration or IT or similar degree with exposure to Process understanding/automation
  • 3 years of experience in business process management or business process analysis
  • Experience in process or workflow documentation
  • Project Management skills - exposure to agile
  • Proficient English

 

Advantages:

  • Experience with Chatbots concept documentation and identifying processes fitting the usage of Chatbots
  • Experience in working with Azure AI Cognitive Services (QnAMaker, LUIS)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Virtual Agents
