We are currently looking for skilled people that want to have an impact with their work, to join a recently formed, well-resourced ZF Aftermarket Product Engineering team in our existing Dublin office.

About the ZF Tier-1 Diagnostics Service Line Leader (m/f/d):
As the leader of the ZF Tier-1 Diagnostics Services, you own the end-to-end business models for the ZF Tier-1 diagnostics services to workshops, integrating the ZF OE product portfolio and the regulatory context evolution, and triggering differentiating initiative specific to being successful into this aftermarket workshops segment globally.

Your tasks as ZF Tier-1 Diagnostics Service Line Leader (m/f/d):

• Drive technical and commercial alignment and synergies with related OE diagnostics needs and services (end-of-line)
• Drive profitable growth for the service line globally, including penetration expansion within regional markets
• Identify Service Line portfolio expansion opportunities, resulting from collaboration with OE technologies but also through 3rd-party partnerships and other inorganic ventures
• Build effective Go-To-Market and marketing strategies across ensuring positive differentiation towards competition
• Anticipate market/industry evolution and define strategic product roadmaps supporting global growth
• Lead the product implementations, aligning on budget & resource needs with necessary divisions, functions or regions. Own the full cost & profitability of the service line solutions
• Build a globally accountable, collaborative, diverse, entrepreneurial and passionate team to help you endorsing the above responsibilities

Your profile as ZF Tier-1 Diagnostics Service Line Leader (m/f/d):

• University degree in computer science, software or related field
• 8+years of experience in building digital business and/or innovation management and/or digital product ownership, ideally in the SaaS / Tech Industry
• Minimum of 2 years leading cross-functional agile Product Development teams, preferrable in Tech or Aftermarket solutions field
• Entrepreneurial & growth mindset with passion for building, scaling and leading teams towards empowerment by coaching approach
• Passionate about technology, with an understanding of (future) vehicle E/E architectures, data analysis and cloud hosting technologies
• Ability to engage deeply with engineering when required, but stay focused on the real value, which is your business acumen, strategic thinking, and precisely-informed perspectives; you never lose sight of what your customers need, when they need it, and why.
• Strong global networking skills with ability to build up trust relations with stakeholders and internal knowledge owners across OE and AM business
