Senior HR Business Partner - Digital Services (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new colleague in our Digital Services Aftermarket department at our location in Dublin, Ireland. 


Your tasks as Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d):

  • Develop and deliver in partnership with Aftermarket Business leaders and Corporate HR COEs (Recruiting and C&B) the strategic talent acquisition and retention plan needed to kick start the business, from profile definition through to effective onboarding and successful integration.
  • Co-create with the BL Leadership team the people agenda (talents’ value creation, organization model, work environment & culture), trigger and deliver (in partnership with ZF HR community) relevant differentiated HR initiatives for talents to thrive and excel in serving customers needs with the expected return on human capital in a fast growing, dynamic business environment.
  • In all HR matters connect the dots between the business and ZF HR functions in both directions for the benefit of all, helping to evolve and deliver forward-looking people strategies, such as performance management, org planning, engagement and retention, DEI, and succession planning 
  • Be a trusted advisor to the Business leaders on critical talent-related business decisions including org design, planning, challenging people situations, change management and coach them in people excellence
  • Support Talent processes (e.g. Potential & Succession Planning, C&B, employee engagement surveys…) and leverage metrics & analytics to measure organizational performance against business expectations and execute appropriate employee engagement strategies


Your profile as Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d): 

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration & Management or Information Systems/Business Intelligence or similar 
  • Multiple years of experience in a People Management role, preferably acquired while developing a Tech “start-up” alike business with rapid growth and scaling challenges in a multi-national/global company 
  • Expert on people challenges (org design, D&I, talent, performance, change) and experienced in Tech hiring along with an excellent aptitude for assessing cultural and personality fit
  • Strong strategic and system thinking, ability to interpret data, recognize trends and themes, recommend, and implement solutions
  • Exemplary organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication and presentation skills, strong global networking skills with ability to build up trust relations with all stakeholders across levels (Business, HR Community, Talents) and a strong bias for action and focus on results with a hands-on mindset
